Welded pipe process:
The production process of straight seam welded pipe is simple. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight seam welded pipe. Welded pipes with larger diameter can be produced from narrower blanks, and blanks of the same width can also be used. Produces welded pipes with different diameters. However, compared with the straight seam pipe of the same length, the weld length is increased by 3~, and the production speed is lower.
